She offers not only knowledge regarding title issues, but also the customer service and professionalism which is critical when handling what could be the greatest investment in a customer's portfolio. She understands that there are people on either side of the sales contract, not just numbers, and dedicates herself to providing all parties with a comfortable, well-informed transaction. As manager at MLS Title, she insists on hands-on involvement in each file throughout the entire closing process, not only at the signing table.

Our title insurance underwriter, Stewart Title Guaranty Company, has agencies both nationally and internationally. MLS Title offers to its customers the resources available through a large underwriter, combined with the personal level of customer service one would expect from a small business.

Through SureClose®, all parties in the transaction are invited to log in at any time, day or night, to view the progress and status of their transaction. Sellers, buyers, realtors, lenders, etc. are able to log in and access their transaction, view/print/download information, order escrow services directly, and exchange documents. This is especially helpful when some parties are in a different time zone, because SureClose is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
